Ryan Bodge is a seasoned sports marketing professional with over a decade of experience in the cycling industry, fueled by burritos, hard work, and a lifelong love of the sport.
Ryan currently serves as Sports Marketing & Racing Brand Manager at Trek Bicycle. In his career, Ryan has supported and elevated nearly every discipline within cycling using his marketing talents: from road and gravel to World Cup mountain biking, triathlon, freeride, and cyclocross.
In his role at Trek, Ryan creates and directs marketing strategies for the brand’s global racing programs, including Lidl-Trek, Trek Factory Racing, Trek Future Racing, Baloise-Glowi, the C3 program, and Trek-Driftless. He focuses on driving value for athletes, corporate partners, and customers through content creation and true collaboration. With relationships at the center of both his marketing and leadership strategy, Ryan ensures that the stories of Trek’s teams resonate with fans (and soon-to-be-fans) worldwide.
Ryan enjoys working closely with athletes to amplify their voices and share their values. He engages partners to create meaningful impact, and inspires his colleagues and collaborators in the cycling community to push boundaries. He knows that cycling (and sport) are both a competitive pursuit and a force for connection and adventure.
